CeramiSphere Pty Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) and has been established to commercialise ANSTO's patented encapsulation and controlled release technology.

This novel technology has the potential to provide significant benefits over a wide range or industries, including Human Healthcare, Animal Health, Agriculture, Horticulture, Food,/Nutra-ceuticals, Cosmetics/Cosme-ceuticals, Paints and Specialty Chemicals. Specific applications range from the delivery of drugs and other active molecules to anti-corrosion coatings.

CeramiSphere benefits from ANSTO's leadership in the field of sol-gel chemistry, and access to ANSTO's extensive R&D facilities and services. CeramiSphere's capabilities include its ability to undertake product development, scale-up and production in its own custom-built laboratories.
