Phil joined CeramiSphere in May 2007 and is driving the commercialisation of the technology. He has extensive experience in R&D, process development, sales, marketing and the commercialisation of technology, having worked in the chemical, pharmaceutical, animal health, agricultural and biotechnology industries in Europe and Australia. In addition, he also has direct experience of establishing distribution networks in Europe, the Americas and Asia, and establishing direct sales operations in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and France.
Phil has held senior positions in multinational companies such as Rio Tinto, BP and Hoechst, and was Managing Director and CEO of TECRA International until January 2007.
Phil also has experience in IP management, licensing, mergers, acquisitions, divestments and capital-raising. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Microbiology and Chemistry and a PhD in Microbial Biochemistry and is an author on over 40 publications and 8 patents.
